Refund and Cancellation Policy

Online Training Courses

​

Access to online training courses is granted within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Due to the digital nature of the content, refunds cannot normally be provided once course access has been activated, except where required by law.

 

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

School Licences and Organisational Purchases

​

Schools purchasing licences or subscriptions may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase provided that course access has not been issued or activated.

​

Once access has been granted and training materials have been made available, refunds will not normally be available.

​

Live Training Events

​

Cancellation requests received:

• More than 14 days before delivery: Full refund

• 7 to 14 days before delivery: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before delivery: No refund

​

Alternative dates may be offered at the discretion of One Safe Adult.

​

Exceptional Circumstances

​

Requests relating to exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
