1. About Us
One Safe Adult Ltd ("One Safe Adult", "we", "our", "us") provides online training, professional development resources, implementation tools, and educational support services for schools, educational settings, local authorities, and other organisations. By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Customer means the individual, school, trust, local authority, or organisation purchasing our services.
User means any authorised person granted access to our training platform.
Content means all courses, videos, presentations, downloads, toolkits, resources, worksheets, graphics, and supporting materials provided by One Safe Adult.
Licence means permission to access and use purchased content in accordance with these Terms.
3. Our Services
Services may include online training programmes, digital learning resources, downloadable toolkits, and implementation support. We reserve the right to update, improve, replace, or withdraw content where necessary.
4. School and Organisational Licences
A licence grants access only to the number of users specified at the time of purchase. Licences may not be shared outside the purchasing organisation, transferred without permission, or copied beyond the terms. The Customer is responsible for ensuring only authorised access.
5. User Accounts
Users must keep login details secure, not share passwords, and use the platform lawfully and professionally. We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.
6. Intellectual Property
All content remains the property of One Safe Adult Ltd. Customers may access training and download resources for internal use but may not reproduce content for commercial purposes or redistribute it.
7. Course Access
Access periods are stated at purchase. Access may be withdrawn upon expiry. Customers are responsible for user completion within the timeframe.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days for organisations. Late payments may result in suspension. All fees are in GBP (£). No VAT is currently charged.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Because digital content is accessible immediately, refunds may not be available once access has been granted.
10. Disclaimer
Our training supports professional development but does not constitute legal or clinical advice, nor replaces statutory guidance.
11. Limitation of Liability
One Safe Adult Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
12. Safeguarding
Safeguarding remains the responsibility of the Customer organisation. Users must follow their own organisational procedures.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
14. Complaints
Complaints are handled fairly and promptly in accordance with our procedure.
15. Changes to These Terms
Latest versions are always available on our website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
