WHAT YOUR SCHOOL RECEIVES

More than a one-off training day

TRAINING

12 months' access

Staff complete the same core learning at a pace that works around different roles, schedules and absence.

RESOURCES

Practical follow-up

Reflective tools, staff discussion resources and practical materials help learning continue beyond course completion.

LEADERSHIP

Implementation support

Guidance helps leaders introduce the programme, maintain momentum and support new starters consistently.

Who it is for

Becoming One Safe Adult is designed for the whole staff community, not only teachers or pastoral teams. It can support senior leaders, teachers, teaching assistants, SEND and inclusion staff, pastoral colleagues, office teams, site staff and other adults whose everyday interactions shape a child’s experience of school.

Why online?

Staff can complete the programme flexibly, including from home where schools permit. Colleagues absent from an INSET day and new starters can access the same core learning, helping schools maintain consistency over time.

Because access remains available for 12 months, schools can revisit learning, support induction and continue structured follow-up rather than relying on one training day that is quickly forgotten.
